\u76db\u4f1a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8c22\u660e\u5409\u9662\u957f\u5c06\u9488\u5bf9\u6b63\u989a\u624b\u672f\u6cbb\u7597\u7761\u7720\u547c\u5438\u4e2d\u6b62\u75c7\uff08OSA\uff09\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7a81\u7834\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5ea6\u5206\u4eab\u3002 Maxillomandibular Advancement (MMA) \u662f\u76ee\u524d\u6cbb\u7597\u4e2d\u91cd\u5ea6OSA \u6700\u4e3a\u663e\u8457\u7684\u624b\u672f\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e34\u5e8a\u4e0a\u5982\u4f55\u9884\u5148\u8bc4\u4f30\u624b\u672f\u6210\u6548\uff1f \u672c\u7814\u7a76\u7531\u8c22\u660e\u5409\u9662\u957f\u9886\u519b\uff0c\u900f\u8fc7\u5927\u6570\u636e\u5206\u6790**\u89e3\u5256\u6784\u9020\uff08Anatomic\uff09\u4e0e\u4e2a\u4eba\u4f53\u8d28\uff08Constitutional\uff09**\u4e24\u5927\u9762\u5411\u7684\u9884\u6d4b\u56e0\u5b50\u3002\u8c22\u533b\u5e08\u5c06\u5206\u4eab\u5982\u4f55\u8fd0\u7528\u7cbe\u5bc6\u7684\u6570\u4f4d\u672f\u524d\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6c14\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u751f\u7406\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u7cbe\u51c6\u9884\u6d4b\u672f\u540e\u547c\u5438\u4e2d\u6b62\u6307\u6570\uff08AHI\uff09\u7684\u6539\u5584\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u8fd9\u573a\u6f14\u8bb2\u5c06\u63ed\u793a\u8c22\u9662\u957f\u5728\u63d0\u5347MMA
